Question:
I click the 'Continue' button on the Value-Quote page and nothing happens.
Answer:
In order for us to process your quote online
this site requires your browser to be able to run JavaScript. If you click
'Continue' and you do not move to the next page then your browser is
currently unable to run JavaScript. Please follow the steps below before
continuing with the online Value-Quote process.
There are two possible reasons for JavaScript not working: (1) Your
browser may not support JavaScript at all. (2) You may have JavaScript
disabled.
The browsers which support the level of JavaScript required for this
site are: - Netscape Navigator 3.0 and upwards. - Internet Explorer 4.0 and
upwards. - Other browsers may work with the site.
If you have one of the above browsers you may simply have JavaScript
turned off. Please follow the instructions below on how to enable
JavaScript on your browser.
For Netscape Communicator 4.x
1. Go to the Edit menu and
select Preferences. 2. Click Advanced from the left side of the screen.
3. Check the box marked Enable JavaScript. 4. Click OK.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
1. From the View menu, select Internet Options. 2. From the Security
tab, choose the Custom option and click Settings. 3. Scroll to the
Scripting option, and make sure Scripting of Java applets is enabled.
If it is not enabled, select Enable. 4. Click OK.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x 1. From the Tools menu,
select Internet Options. 2. From the Security tab, choose the Custom
option. 3. Scroll to the Scripting option, and make sure Scripting of
Java applets is enabled. If it is not enabled, select Enable.
4. Click OK.
If none of this works, you may need to upgrade your browser. There are
many on the market, but at least two are free:
- Netscape
Communicator
- Internet
Explorer
